With support from

Stand by Her

Our original Stand by Her program was designed together with Nottinghamshire Women’s Aid to raise awareness of and tackle sexual harassment.

We have since updated this to a more effective program that tackles the underpinning attitudes and behaviours that can lead to harassment, abuse and violence towards women.

This new program has prevention and de-escalation at its heart and has been developed by women and is delivered by men…to men.

Stand by Me Against Racism

Being an Effective Ally (against racism) is a tailored approach for workplace settings. It is suitable for public, private and voluntary sector organisations.

We aim to make a long-lasting change. We educate, empower and equip employees to act and be an ally to those experiencing racism at their workplace based on our Stand by Me interventions model. We work with each organisation to identify the key issues to be addressed and adapt our training to meet this.

Waltham Forest has No Space For Hate Ambassador programme.

No Space for Hate is an initiative of the London Borough of Waltham Forest Council, which aims to create a safe and welcoming environment for all that live, work and visit the Borough.

Our Stand by Me Ambassador training is building the capacity of local people to support and show solidarity to those experiencing hate and hostility. They will also be supported in delivering their own initiatives to share with others what they can do to challenge hate in their communities.
